This four-day training was developed by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration’s (SAMHSA) Center for the Application of Prevention Technologies. Offered over four days, this training provides 26 hours of learning for individuals interested and engaged in the field of prevention.

About the event
To attend, 5 hours of online coursework on the INTRODUCTION TO SUBSTANCE ABUSE PREVENTION: UNDERSTANDING THE BASICS must be completed online by August 10th.
Once registration is completed, you will receive additional information about the online training course.

This training is for both new prevention professionals and experienced prevention professionals wishing for a review of the basics.
