Due to limited space in the building’s parking lot; ADAMHS requests that you park in the city parking garage located at 427 Water Street (45402) which is accessible by turning at the traffic light located at the intersection of East Monument Ave. and Water Street. To access 409 Monument Avenue, take the sidewalk down from the parking garage’s entrance; cross Water Street; and head towards the four-story brick building in front of you. The entrance is to the left of the window that has signage for Bridge Credit Union. ADAMHS will issue you one FREE Parking pass for the garage, per day. Thank you.
